Our Leadership

Healthy church leadership is critical to the mission and ministry of our church. Jesus Christ is the head of the church; He is our Good, Great, Chief Shepherd, and we look to Him to lead us according to His Word. Under His authority, we are elder-led, deacon-served, staff-organized, and congregation-accountable.

ELDERS

Our elders oversee the doctrine, discipline, and direction of the church. These men may or may not be paid by the church, but they share the responsibility of shepherding our church with wisdom and integrity (Eph 4:1–16, 1 Peter 5:1–5).

DEACONS

Our deacons are qualified male and female leaders who are appointed to care for members, tend to the accommodations for public worship, and assist the elders as needed (Rom 16:1, Phil 1:1, 1 Tim 3:8–13). Our team of deacons is constantly growing, so we have not listed them here by name.
