Healthy church leadership is critical to the mission and ministry of our church. Jesus Christ is the head of the church; He is our Good, Great, Chief Shepherd, and we look to Him to lead us according to His Word. Under His authority, we are elder-led, deacon-served, staff-organized, and congregation-accountable.

Our elders oversee the doctrine, discipline, and direction of the church. These men may or may not be paid by the church, but they share the responsibility of shepherding our church with godly wisdom and integrity (Acts 20:17–35; 1 Tim 3:1–7; Eph 4:1–16, 1 Peter 5:1–5).
